Please read the following policy before placing a COD order.

1. COD Availability

  • Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders delivered to serviceable PIN codes across India.

  • COD availability depends on the delivery location, courier service coverage, and order eligibility.

  • COD is not available for orders with a total cart value of ₹5,000 or more.

  • Shaurbhya reserves the right to restrict COD availability for an order if the delivery details are incomplete or the order cannot be verified.

The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

2. Order Confirmation

To ensure successful delivery, Shaurbhya may contact customers by phone, email, or other available communication channels to verify their COD orders.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including their full name, complete shipping address, PIN code, and a valid mobile number.

  • A valid mobile number is required for courier coordination and delivery updates.

  • Orders with missing or incorrect contact information may be placed on hold until the necessary details are received.

  • If we are unable to confirm an order after reasonable attempts to contact the customer, we may cancel it.

Order confirmation helps us reduce delivery issues and ensure that customers receive the products they have ordered.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

COD orders are processed after the necessary order details have been verified.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and operational conditions.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers who wish to cancel should contact Shaurbhya as soon as possible.

4. Delivery and Customer Availability

Customers are requested to remain available at the provided delivery address and ensure that their mobile number is reachable during the delivery period.

  • Our delivery partners may contact customers to coordinate delivery.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may make further attempts in accordance with its delivery procedures.

  • Customers should provide accurate directions and any necessary address details to help facilitate delivery.

Shaurbhya cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly confirmed.

5. Refused or Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order, remains unreachable, or provides incorrect delivery details resulting in an unsuccessful delivery, the order may be returned to the sender.

Repeated unsuccessful deliveries or refusal of COD orders may affect eligibility for future COD purchases.

If you are unable to receive your order, please contact us promptly so we can help determine the available options.

6. Cancellation of COD Orders

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Shaurbhya as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation requests received before fulfillment may be considered, subject to the order's processing status.

  • Orders already dispatched cannot ordinarily be cancelled through the standard pre-dispatch cancellation process.

  • If an order cannot be verified because the required contact details are missing, Shaurbhya may cancel it after reasonable attempts to obtain the information.

7. Payment at Delivery

For COD orders, the customer must pay the amount displayed in the order confirmation at the time of delivery.

Customers should verify the payable amount before completing payment. Please retain your order confirmation and any payment receipt provided by the delivery partner.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

COD orders are subject to Shaurbhya's applicable Returns and Exchanges Policy.

A COD purchase does not automatically qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. Eligibility depends on the conditions specified in the applicable policy.

Where a refund is approved for an eligible COD order, Shaurbhya will communicate the refund procedure and any information required to process it.
