At Shaurbhya, every product is made with care and attention to detail. As most of our products are made to order, we request customers to review their order carefully before placing it.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

- You receive a damaged product.

- You receive a defective product.

- You receive the wrong product.

- You receive the wrong size due to our error.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect or wrongly delivered products. We do not offer returns for change of mind.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange

If the delivered product has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item has been shipped, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Change of mind.

- Incorrect size selected by the customer.

- Minor colour variations caused by screen settings.

- Normal wear and tear.

- Products damaged after delivery.
